Skateboard deck wall art, hand-printed in Berlin

DeckArts is a small Berlin studio that turns real skateboard decks into wall art. Every piece is printed by hand in high quality, so the colours stay rich and the surface stays smooth.

The collection combines two worlds. On one side are famous masterpieces by artists such as Gustav Klimt, Katsushika Hokusai, Vincent van Gogh and Johannes Vermeer. On the other side are original works by independent artists. A classic painting suddenly feels fresh when it lives on a skateboard deck.

Each deck is made of 7-ply high-quality wood, pressed in Germany (Butzbach). The finish is matte and glassless, so there are no reflections and the artwork looks good in any light. That makes a deck a great fit for a living room, a bedroom, an office, a tattoo studio, a café or a skate shop. It also makes an unusual gift for people who love art and skateboarding.

Prices start from 140 EUR. A wall mount is sold separately, so you can choose the way you want to display your deck. Custom designs are possible too: send a motif and it can be turned into a one-of-a-kind deck.

Everything is printed and packed in Berlin and shipped from there to customers in Europe and worldwide. You can browse all decks in the online shop at https://deckarts.com and follow new releases on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/deckartscom/.
