Furniture Removal and Blue-Sky Correction for Property Photos
How AI furniture removal (家具消し) and blue-sky correction (青空加工) help rental photos: what each tool does, what stays unchanged, and the CG note.
Evan Reed
Two problems come up constantly in rental photography: rooms photographed while still occupied, and exteriors shot on a grey day. Virtual Staging has an AI tool for each.
家具消し: furniture removal
The furniture removal tool removes furniture, boxes and daily items from occupied property photos to show the room as vacant. Fixtures and structure are preserved, and a CG note is added automatically.
Use it when:
the previous tenant has not moved out yet
photos were taken before cleaning
you need a vacant-room view for a listing
青空加工: blue-sky correction
The blue-sky correction tool turns cloudy skies in exterior and balcony photos into natural blue skies without altering the surrounding view. The image is exported with a CG note.
What stays the same
Across all AI edits, the tool keeps windows, walls, ceilings, floor material and color, camera angle, aspect ratio and pixel dimensions unchanged. Photos that fail the structural integrity check are not delivered and are not charged.

Building the full listing pack
Once photos are ready, the tool can also create:
listing copy in Japanese, English and Simplified Chinese (English and Chinese are reference translations to verify)
a 9:16 vertical video, about 15–25 seconds, with Japanese captions and a property overview end card
a ZIP export of everything
See all features.
Data handling
Photos submitted for AI editing and generated images are stored in cloud storage and deleted automatically after 30 days, or sooner if you delete them from history.
FAQ
Can I remove the CG note? No. It is burned in on the server.
Does it work in the browser only? No. AI editing runs on cloud services; video, ZIP packaging and sample browsing run in the browser.
How do I get support? Through the contact form on the site.
Good to know
The burned-in note helps disclose edits, but the site is clear that it does not by itself guarantee compliance with portal regulations or advertising laws, so check the rules that apply to your listings.
